Criminal Charges

The Right To Remain Silent means what it says. In your encounters with the law enforcement officers, be respectful and courteous, give them your Texas driver’s license or your Texas identification card, tell them your name and your address and Nothing Else. Do not submit to any alcohol or drug tests, and do not communicate anything else to the police other than your desire to have your Criminal Defense Attorney Present.
